To hold an event for clients and partners of AZIMUT City Smolenskaya Hotel: Mice agencies and Event companies. The theme is "The Art of Travel". The number of guests is 250 people.

Organizing a party for people who prepare their own events is not an easy task. Therefore, the main challenge for us was to figure out how to entertain the guests, surprise and vividly reveal the theme of the event.
goal
Since our guests are experienced representatives of the tourism and event management industry themselves, we decided to make them the centerpiece of the holiday. We decided to illustrate what the "Art of Travel" is from the words of the guests of the holiday themselves. At the very beginning of the evening, the guests were interviewed briefly, which were edited into a touching video by the culmination of the celebration.

On a large LED photo zone, a projector showed photographs taken by Azimut network employees themselves from different cities. There was a molecular bar nearby, decorated in the style of a photo development room. The guests were entertained all evening by an incendiary cover band.

The guests could take memorable photos in the photo zone with a view of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building, which was designed as a photo frame on Polaroid.
SOLUTION
There are a lot of enthusiastic reviews from the visitors of the event, a letter of thanks from the AZIMUT network and planning for further cooperation.
